Overview
This is a four-day itinerary, including the arrival and departure transfers. The walking days are day 2 and day 3. Day 1 is the transfer from Marrakech Airport to Imlil, and day 4 is the transfer back to the airport.
You spend the first night in a guesthouse or lodge in Imlil, the second in a tent near the Toubkal Refuge — not in a dormitory inside the refuge — and the third in a riad in Marrakech.

You are welcomed at Marrakech Airport and driven to Imlil, about 1.5 hours depending on conditions. Imlil sits at approximately 1,740 m.
After check-in, the evening is free to settle in. Dinner is served at the accommodation.

After breakfast you meet the mountain guide and walk through the Mizane Valley, passing Aremd and Sidi Chamharouch, then continuing uphill to the refuge area at approximately 3,200 m.
The night is in a tent near the Toubkal Refuge, not in a dormitory inside the refuge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on this day.

An early start for the attempt on Mount Toubkal, at 4,167 m, over challenging rocky mountain ground. If conditions allow, there is time for the view from the summit.
You descend to the refuge and continue to Imlil, then transfer to Marrakech and check in at a riad. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Dinner is not included on this day.
